We handle full onboarding, including data migration, configuration, training, and go-live support. Costs vary based upon legacy data desired / required and implementation levels.


 Yes. HelmOS is modular, you can add additional systems over time or remove them as you see fit. 


 

The next step is a discovery call, a simple, no-pressure conversation where we learn about your operation and understand what you actually need.


From there, we guide you through a structured, straightforward process:


1. Discovery Call
We learn about your current set up, workflows, and goals while providing a high-level overview of HelmOS.

2. Demo & Custom Proposal
We build and walk you through a tailored demo based on your operation, along with a clear, customized proposal.

3. Agreement & Data Collection
Once aligned, we finalize the agreement and begin gathering the necessary business data to configure your system.

4. Hardware & Integrations
We identify any hardware requirements and ensure all integrations are properly configured for your environment. 

5. Go Live
We launch your system with hands-on support to ensure everything runs smoothly from day one.
